No matter how much time passes, one cannot get tired of talking about nature and its wonders. Often we don't have to go far to admire them and be grateful for their presence. The plants and the oxygen they give us in their life processes, the water in the form of rivers, seas, and many other forms.
The fine rain that falls periodically fertilizes the land and crops, make the plants bloom, and gives us their flowers with that magical scent and colors that make life beautiful. The incredible skies that, in conjunction with colors, give us beautiful spectacles every sunrise or sunset, just like the moments of daily existence.
I, in particular, have always declared myself a lover of nature in many of its forms. Every morning, I am grateful for the spectacle of life and its colors.
Beautiful skies filled with infinite blue and cotton flakes and which, in the distance, harbor dances of birds that come and go in search of their favorite trees. They fill the dawn with beautiful chirpings, like the ones I can witness every morning from my kitchen window, in the mamon tree that is sheltering my house giving it shade.
When the rain falls, I love the smell of wet earth and watching the flock of birds dancing from tree to tree in the backyard of my home. Parrots, doves, Cristofue, hummingbirds, and even an Owl I saw the other night. All are wonders and gifts of nature.
Por más que pase el tiempo, no puede uno cansarse de hablar de la naturaleza y sus maravillas. Muchas veces no tenemos que ir muy lejos para admirarlas y agradecer por su presencia. Las plantas y el oxígeno que nos regalan en sus procesos de vida, el agua en forma de ríos, de mares y muchas formas más.
La fina lluvia que cae periódicamente para abonar las tierras y los cultivos, y hacer que florezcan las plantas que nos brindan sus flores con ese mágico olor y los colores que hacen hermosa la vida. Los cielos increíbles que, en conjunción de colores, nos obsequian bellos espectáculos cada amanecer o atardecer, tal cual los momentos de la existencia diaria.
Yo, particularmente, siempre me he declarado amante de la naturaleza en mucha de sus formas. Cada mañana, agradezco el espectáculo de la vida y sus colores.
Cielos hermosos llenos de azul infinito y copos de algodón y que, a lo lejos, albergan danzas de aves que van y vienen en busca de sus árboles favoritos. Llenan el amanecer de trinares hermosos, como los que puedo presenciar cada mañana desde la ventana de mi cocina, en el árbol de mamón que está cobijando mi casa dándole sombra.
Cuando cae la lluvia, me encanta el olor a tierra mojada y ver la bandada de pajaritos que danzan de un árbol a otro en el patio trasero de mi hogar. Loritos, palomas, cristofué, colibríes y hasta un Buho pude ver la otra noche. Todos son maravillas y regalos de la naturaleza.
Connecting with nature is a way of seeing beyond the ordinariness of life. It is to seek peace and tranquility outside of daily stress, just admiring what it gives us without asking anything in return. Natural life and its different forms fill those spaces that were previously occupied by the randomness of our days and turn them into positive energy that leads us to the beautiful part of our existence.
We live in a constant race against time and its vicissitudes. A short walk in contact with the natural elements is enough to fill our souls with love and joy for the life we have. Being grateful is part of this process and many times nature is a catalyst to achieve comfort, relaxation, and a return to normality after a hectic day.
Being in contact with nature will always have immense benefits both physically and emotionally, as contact with fresh air, as in the case of the parks and the sea air when we visit the sea, provides healthy moments from both points of view.
In the afternoons, from my home, I usually take a moment within the daily stress, to admire the sky and its colors. Many magical colors give my sight and my soul one more reason to love nature. Every sunrise and sunset allows me to feel its immensity and to be grateful for the wonders of life.
Nature is so generous that, within the foliage or undergrowth, we can also find beautifully colored flowers, with small workers that incessantly release their honey in each one to collect it and fulfill the cycle of life. Wonderful bees.
Conectarnos con la naturaleza es una forma de ver más allá de lo ordinario de la vida. Es buscar paz y sosiego fuera del estrés diario, tan solo admirando lo que nos obsequia sin pedirnos nada a cambio. La vida natural y sus diferentes formas llenan esos espacios que antes eran ocupados por el azaro de nuestros días, y lo convierten en energía positiva que nos encamina en la parte bonita de nuestra existencia.
Vivimos en constante carrera contra el tiempo y sus vicisitudes. Un breve paseo teniendo contacto con los elementos naturales, bastará para llenar nuestra alma de amor y alegría por la vida que tenemos. Agradecer es parte de ese proceso y muchas veces la naturaleza es un catalizador para alcanzar el confort, el relax y el regreso a la normalidad luego de un día agitado.
Estar en contacto con la naturaleza siempre tendrá inmensos beneficios tanto físicos como emocionales, pues, el contacto con el aire puro, como en el caso de los parques y el aire marino cuando vamos de visita al mar, proporciona momentos saludables desde ambos puntos de vista.
En las tardes, desde mi hogar, suelo tomarme un momento dentro del estrés diario, para admirar el cielo y sus colores. Muchos colores mágicos que le brindan a mi vista y a mi alma, una razón más para amar la naturaleza. Cada amanecer y cada atardecer, me brindan la oportunidad de sentir su inmensidad y agradecer por las maravillas de la vida.
La naturaleza es tan generosa que, dentro del follaje o maleza, también podemos encontrar flores de hermosos colores, con pequeñas trabajadoras que liban incesantemente en cada una para recolectar su miel y cumplir con el ciclo de la vida. Abejas maravillosas.
To be thankful for life and its gifts through the care and conservation of nature is also part of what we have to do as living beings. Taking care of our planet to prolong life is our obligation. By planting a tree, we will be able to give life to the Earth, because at some point in the future, someone will enjoy its shade.
It is beautiful to be able to count on so many fantastic things that life gives us through nature. By appreciating and conserving our nature, we guarantee a present and a beautiful future for the following generations.
