Como tengo una máquina de coser, y el pedal de esta, cada vez que estoy cosiendo se va rodando hacia atrás, y la cual tengo que estar acomodandola cada momento, que estoy cosiendo, hay que buscar la manera de que no me pase más.
Por eso quise hacerle un soporte antiresbalante, hecho con foami y tela, y así coser con más comodidad en todo momento.
Me imagino que esto le ha pasado a más de uno que tiene su máquina de coser, verdad? Entonces te enseño como hice este antiresbalante, o almohadilla para el pedal de la maquina de coser.

Since I have a sewing machine, and its pedal, every time I'm sewing it rolls backwards, and I have to adjust it every time I'm sewing, I have to find a way to stop it from happening again.
That's why I wanted to make an anti-slip support, made with foam and fabric, and thus sew more comfortably at all times.
I imagine that this has happened to more than one who has a sewing machine, right? Then I show you how I made this anti-slip, or pad for the pedal of the sewing machine.

Ahora bien amigos les explicos mis pasos realizados en esta actividad.
Es un trabajo muy rapido y sencillo de hacer, sin muchas complicaciones.

Now, friends, I explain my steps in this activity.
It is a very quick and easy job to do, without many complications.

**Mis materiales:
Retazos de tela, de colores varios.
Retazo de foami.
Tijera, alfileres, agujas, hilo, máquina de coser, cinta métrica.
Goma espuma.

**My materials:
Scraps of cloth, various colors.
Piece of foami.
Scissors, pins, needles, thread, sewing machine, tape measure.
Foam.

En primer lugar tomé las medidas del pedal, esta mide 9cm de ancho, por 14cm de largo.
Saco mi patron con estas medidas, pero cuando corto la tela, tiene que ser más grande, de 20cm por 13cm.
A esta medida corto la tela e igualmente el foami.

First of all I took the measurements of the pedal, it measures 9cm wide by 14cm long.
I draw my pattern with these measurements, but when I cut the fabric, it has to be bigger, 20cm by 13cm.
To this measure I cut the fabric and also the foami.

Luego con el otro retazos es donde coloco la goma espuma, esta mide 11cm de largo por ancho 4cm de ancho. La coso con la goma espuma, dejando espacio en la tela como como 1cm, de los lados por donde la voy a coser.

Then with the other pieces is where I place the foam, it measures 11cm long by 4cm wide. I sew it with the foam rubber, leaving space in the fabric about 1cm, from the sides where I am going to sew it.

Luego esta parte la coso de una vez en la tela solo en un extremo o en la parte de arriba, ya que esta goma espuma sera el soporte de que no se ruede o mueva el pedal.

Then I sew this part once in the fabric only at one end or at the top, since this foam rubber will be the support that does not roll or move the pedal.

Teniendo estas partes listas, procedo en colocar, primero, el foami, luego la tela, y voy prensando con los alfileres, o muy bien coser de una vez en la máquina con todo el foami.

Having these parts ready, I proceed to place, first, the foami, then the fabric, and I press with the pins, or very well sew all the foami at once on the machine.

Luego con una tira larga, que saque de 4cm de ancho y de largo es toda la parte de la orilla como un sesgo, es la que cosi para que se vea mejor el trabajo.

Then with a long strip, which is 4cm wide and long is the entire part of the edge as a bias, it is the one that I sewed so that the work can be seen better.

Amigos, este es un trabajo para esta ocasión, lo hice porque en verdad lo necesitaba mucho, te animo para que tambien realices uno y veras la comodidad que sentiras.
