As usual, I've got three underserved posts for you all to mull over, and two of them might make you hungry. Tempeh is one my family's favorite foods, and even though we know how to make it, it's quite a labor intensive process, so we don't do it anymore. The easiest way to get it in Cambodia is to to order online from an Indonesian guy in Phnom Penh, not nearly as easy access as @lebah has in the land of tempeh.

Grapes are another uncommon site in Cambodia, and it takes special care to grow this fruit in hot climates. The grapes in @joelibra's post look to be in really good healthy, so his friend must a have a knack for growing grapes in Indonesia. Last but not least is @luueetang's post, where he takes you on a drive around Miri. The roads there look so orderly and in control, especially compared to anything goes attitude on Cambodian roads.

Is There Any Tempeh In Your Country?

by: @lebah

(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) There are some researchers who believe tempeh originated in China. Yet, In the past, Chinese people in Java used soy beans to make tofu but they did not make tempeh. Tempeh was made by the lower class Javanese people, not by the royal and upper middle classes. In Serat Centhini, when treating Cebolang (a royal family of the Javanese Kingdom), Pangeran Bayat served him with simple side dish. Tempeh is made of fermented soybeans, or kedele. The inventor of tempeh is Anonymous.

Driving around in Miri

by: @luueetang

(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Hi hi.. I am @luueetang. I hope that you are feeling great and happy. It's Saturday again. Today, I am going to bring you around Miri city. Recently, a new flyover has been completed which is part of the Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak. I was pretty excited to drive up this flyover. Miri has lots of greens. I guess, the city loves them green. The best way to get around the city is to drive around. I usually have my GoPro mounted on my windscreen. GoPro has superb stabilization capabilities.
