Not only in this situation, but also in many times when you have hope for a lover or hope for something, your expectations rise to the highest degree and in the end if you do not get what you want, it is the worst feeling in your life.

The solution

For me, the solution to overcome the dilemma after losing hope is to be more flexible in your actions and actions and to practice your life normally, even if it is difficult for you at first, but try to adapt and push your leg forward and most important of all not to allow thinking about this thing to creep in back to your head.
