Water Series Part 5: Children at Play

Continuing with my water series I can think of no where in Ghana where water is more a part of peoples lives in Nzulezu Stilt Village in the Western Region of Ghana.

This village is built on stilts over a lack and is only accessible by canoe. Children grow up around water from the first day they are born and water is also their playground.

These kids were very busy playing and posing for photos. When they got out of the water they picked leaches off each other and smashed them on the wood.
