Hello friends, happy Sunday

Paul had wrote in 1 Timothy 4:12 NIV 'Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young.' This is very true.

In our society today, we have so many people trying to either bring you down or confine you into a particular category. Either they say you're just an average student or that you're too plain or you don't look beautiful enough...the lists goes on and on because it's always something they don't like about you. And it's just unfortunate that with time you start believing these things which you shouldn't.

Remember David? In his family's eyes, He was nothing more than a shepherd boy. But in God's eyes, he was Israel's next king. You need to stop accepting people's downgrading remarks and start believing only the things God has to say about you.

Get rid of those labels and life-limiting thoughts, and start dreaming big. This new week, dream big and you'll see that God's always by your side cheering you on.

Prayer: From now onwards, I will not be conformed to this world and it sayings. I don't belong to their box and so I will get out of it, and be transformed by the renewing of my mind, that I may prove what is good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
