Tribe 2.0 Outpost

We have decided to upgrade to the Tribe 2.0 Outpost from Hive-Engine over the next few weeks. This will give us many of the upgrades that the community has been requesting, including: a new look, a proposal system, and pools with LP incentives!

Decentralized Token Fund (DTF)

One of the cool new features on the 2.0 site is the DTF for funding proposals. This form of funding development for POB essentially creates a DAO that will drive POB into the future!

When setting up the DTF, it creates a new additional reward pool to fund proposals that are accepted. To avoid changing our inflation schedule, We need to lower the existing reward pool by the same amount that we want to put into the DTF. 10% would be 720 POB per day for the DTF fund.

Before setting up the DTF fund, I would like to ask the community what is wanted. How much of the current reward pool (7200 POB daily) should we use to create the DTF fund? I have suggested 10%, but at the current prices that is only about $72 per day. However at previous prices that would have been as high as $720 per day. What percentage would make the most sense?

NFTs

The new site will also include NFTs complete with a creation mechanism and a market priced in POB! An example of the new format can be seen at https://www.palnet.io/. Once we have our Outpost in place, we will start a contest to incentivize artists to start POB NFTs off with a bang!

Beneficiary Increase for Non-native Posts

There has been a trend of more and more posts coming from other apps. In an effort to incentivize more users to use proofofbrain.io to make posts, we are increasing the beneficiary from 10% to 20% for posts made on other apps. The beneficiary will remain 10% for posts made on proofofbrain.io.
