Black beans, which we usually call coffee beans, are now not just for drinking, but have become a lifestyle. Many people can't be productive without drinking coffee, coffee has become an addiction for anyone who lives with a cup of coffee. I often ask myself, why is coffee such a crucial part of my life? Even though I've only known coffee for the past 5 years, I've never had a day without coffee (unless I have gastritis).
Coffee has become a part of my life, even a co-worker, it's just that I have to limit it every day, 2 cups of coffee is enough to drink every day. One day, I had a deadline to finish work and that day I was too sleepy and drank 4 cups of coffee, finally I had to be rushed to the nearest hospital to be treated for 3 days due to acute gastritis.
I really like working with coffee, even I can sit for hours at a coffee shop while doing a lot of writing in front of a laptop. Sometimes, working at home makes me bored and my mind is stuck. Today, I went with my husband to work, he will meet with prospective clients to negotiate. They will meet at the gayo coffee shop, to be precise at Boss Coffee Gayo.
When we arrived at the coffee shop, I looked for a seat by myself, because there was no way I could sit with them, after all, the meeting would be very long. While waiting, I opened my laptop and got to work. Waiters came and gave a menu book, I ordered some on the menu.
In this coffee shop, there are lots of coffee menus, especially Gayo coffee, for example, sanger coffee. Sanger coffee is a type of coffee brewed with sweetened condensed milk and pulled like Tarik (Malaysia) tea. The sanger coffee here uses arabica coffee, so it will taste very soft unlike using robusta coffee.
Not only ordering coffee, I also ordered soup noodles. This is a food that is widely sold in Indonesia. This dish is made from chicken stock and doused with vermicelli and shredded chicken, compliments such as fried onions and thinly sliced celery. This food is very delicious, the broth is very thick and rich in taste.
This coffee shop is really very simple, not aesthetic like a coffee shop in general, but the many trees that surround this coffee shop make this coffee shop cool and shady. The outside of the coffee shop is also very spacious for parking. The concept is very different from most local coffee shops.
I work while listening to music with a headset, because the visitors are very crowded and quite noisy. I enjoy sanger coffee and the food, the taste is very Indonesian, no wonder this coffee shop is in great demand by many people.
