What is RentMoney's Deals & Steals?
In this topic I will list two things. One will always be a Splinterlands asset I have for sale. I'll offer it at a discounted price here on my blog vs. the lowest price its listed for on the official Splinterlands Market. The second thing I will list (The Steal) is a Splinterlands asset that is for sale by someone else in which I think has potential to give decent returns.
For this weeks deal we have on offer the Epic Beta Monster MAGI SPHINX. If one were to scan the Splinterlands Marketplace they would see the cheapest one of these for sale is listed at the price of $35.90 USD by @just2random. Using the DEC trade value currently offered for private sales on Splinterlands a $35.90 USD priced card would cost you 6,139 DEC. But why pay that price when the dealing and wheeling Splinterlands fanatic on the corner of Splintertalk street is willing to cut you a deal. On offer here today is that same card for just 5,700 DEC. MAGI SPHINX LORE
In the deep jungles of ΛZMΛRÉ, there is a hidden temple where ancient knowledge is hidden; a place few have seen and lived to tell the tale. The Magi Sphinx lives there at the gate of the temple. Facing her in battle is the final quest an adventurer must face before being granted access to the temple.

The Steal
In this portion of the Deals and Steals topic we will go over a Splinterlands card that is listed for sale in the Splinterlands marketplace in which I think has the potential to give decent ROI (Return On Investment). No-one knows for sure what tomorrow brings so I base my findings on the state of todays marketplace.
DRAGON SPIRIT LORE
A twisted spell was recently discovered by the Dragon mages, and now ghostly hybrids known only as Dragon Spirits are roaming the skies. Despite the best efforts of Gloridax egg care, the rate of egg failures has skyrocketed as the Splinterlands has been stricken with the Burn. The mages began their experiments hoping that they could salvage something of the Dragon that might have been. But when they perform these wild spells on failed eggs, they are not saving the Dragon’s life, but trapping it in spirit form and cursing it to wander the Splinterlands instead of having a chance with the next egg. The Dragon Spirits (fully aware of their situation) are ruthlessly resentful of everyone living, especially Dragons
Why Is The DRAGON SPIRIT This Weeks Steal?
(1) Currently the DRAGON SPIRIT is the lowest price Epic card in existance. (2) One BCX of this card will cost you just $1.80 USD. (3) Currently there's only a handful at or near this price. With just a few sales the price of this card will quickly jump up in price. (4) There's only 385 listed for sale (Price Control).
