Unjust Hatred
It's a beautiful day with fresh air for Elvis and his mates at work. Everyone is having a great time with their boss as they were newly employed. So, no one knows the true colors of their boss but he appeared to be nice to them all. Abigail is the manager of Dahann company and Elvis's boss. She has been pretending to be so nice to all his workers just to prove them wrong about what they have heard about her.
Elvis has been a faithful worker and the one who has passion for his work. Miss Abigail does not love working in the same office with people like Elvis as she has her way of doing things.
After four months of working with Dahann company, Elvis was getting to know his boss to the fullest. He also was trying hard to adjust to the system and does not want to lose his job.
One day, Miss Abigail gave Elvis some work to do. She actually gave him load of work to type which he did without wasting time. It only.took him just a day to finish the load of work.
He gave the materials to Miss Abigail. Sometimes when people want to find something to rob you, they would use what you have done.
So, Miss Abigail called Elvis yelling at him that he did not check the work he types before sending it to her. It was a tip of war but Elvis could not respond instead was just trying to save his head. He apologized for the mistake he has done. Miss Abigail does not want to forgive him, but gave him another work to do. This time around, its a work that he cannot finish for three days. Miss Abigail gave him three days to get the job completed. Elvis was worried on how to complete the job.
He began to ask himself about the sudden change of his boss. After much thought, he discovered that his boss has this habit of hating her workers unjustly. This time around, she developed a hatred for Elvis. She just want the work to be unbearable for Elvis. Elvis on the other hand, does not want to lose his job as he loves his job to the fullest.
He made sure to complete the work he was given within two days. When he was done with the work, he dropped it on Miss Abigail's table since she was not on seat. When she was back, she saw the envelope on her tablet and was somehow feeling guilty. So, she had to call Elvis and thanked him for the job well done. She told Elvis that:
I have hatred for you for what i did not know how and why. Now, you have proven to be a nice fellow. I would love to say to you that "I'm sorry to have treated you that way".
Elvis responded:
. I'm the type who loves working without complaining. This is my nature and how my parents taught me. They never gave me the reason to feel sad. They taught me to be good to people and to focus on my job to the fullest. I have known that you have hatred for me but I just have to make you know that I'm not the type. I'm happy that I never for once failed you and will not fail you especially in my duties. You have shown me that I have to work harder in any kind of job I'm given. So, ma'am, you have made me great as well. Thank you so much. I'm truly happy to work under you.
