I didn't show any audio or sequential frames. Instead, my video had screenshots and my commentary. I say that's fair-use and transformative. I say it was a review video. I didn't claim the movie was mine. I mentioned The Daily Wire. I mentioned Ben Shapiro. I gave them credit. I even gave a positive review and they still had the audacity to beg YouTube to pull down my small video.
This is something I expect Disney to do. This is not something I expect DailyWire to do. So, in this article here that you're reading, I'll include a link to my banned Terror on the Prairie video which was uploaded yesterday to Rumble at Rumble.com. I'm also going to give you a quick outline of what Ben Shapiro did to me. Yeah, I'm labeling myself the victim here because I uploaded a video that had no views and yet The Daily Wire considered me to be some kind of threat or something. I'll also provide a few screenshots of my YouTube Studio where it shows that YouTube removed my video.
This post here is going to be really small. It's going to be really brief and simply just from the top of my head. You can probably still watch my video on Rumble at least for now. But Ben may cry to Rumble too. So, expect my video there to be gone from there as well. I will then try to upload the forbidden video to Bitchute at Bitchute.com. But that may not work either. In the past, I've had videos removed from YouTube, Rumble, Bitchute, etc. My next course of action will be to upload my video to Odysee at Odysee.com.

In this article, I'm also going to show you a few of my tweets I sent out to people on Twitter. I want people to know what happened and that is it. I'm not saying I'm a great guy. I'm NOT saying my videos are awesome. That's not the point.
I've been banned on the Internet so many times. So, that doesn't faze me. I've been pretty normalized to the censorship. But I was not expecting to get it from Daily Wire.
YouTube told me that if Ben Shapiro and the Daily Wire does not take me to court or sue me, then YouTube will reinstate my video. To that I say bring it on. Take me to court. Sue the Hell out of me. Murder me Ben. Kill me. Torture me. But this article will always be on the Internet and people will find out.
Again, I'm a nobody. I ONLY have like a hundred subscribers on YouTube. I wasn't violating copyright when uploading that video. I showed a few screenshots and that is it. No video. No sequential moving pictures. No audio from the film. It was just me talking. Nobody was watching my video. Barely anybody know who I am. I'm a small fish. I was NOT trying to violate copyright. I don't think I was violating copyright. Also, I think it's Fair-Use. I think it's also Transformative. I think it's educational. I think I can leave my reaction, my commentary. It's like no big deal. Nobody is going to see it after all.
We're not going to talk about Mango Haze.
I even praise Daily Wire for the movie and they still had my video removed. I wasn't going after the Daily Wire in my video. I was complimenting Gina Carano of Star Wars Mandalorian and the Fast & Furious franchise starring Vin Diesel.
Here is a screenshot showing YouTube took down my Gina Carano Terror on the Prairie movie review video off YouTube. It says the video was manually flagged to be removed. It was removed by the parent company of The Daily Wire.
This screenshot is almost identical to the last picture except that it says I submitted a counter or an appeal.
Here is a screenshot of my JoeyArnold7 channel's studio on YouTube, it shows that YouTube took down my video.
Here is a closeup to that same screenshot. In it it says, "Important notifications. Video removed from YouTube. We complied with a legal copyright takedown complaint for your video "Terror on the Prairie, 2022, Gina Carano" which means it has been removed from YouTube. As a result, your channel received a copyright strike. Jul 7, 2022, 2:43 AM."
YouTube states that it was a, and I quote as seen above, "a legal copyright takedown" end of quote. However, I would disagree because I thought that the 5th and 6th amendments would apply. I want my day in court before YouTube can be ordered by the government to take down my video.
I want the right to a fair trial. I don't want pre-crime stuff. I don't want to be judged prematurely. I don't want pre-trial judgement. If YouTube wants to say they're a private company, that they can do what they want, then please don't throw around the word legal in the mix of all of that. I want due process. Take me to court and prove I violated copyright. Also, choose not to grant me fair-use or transformative status. I believe my video did not violate copyright. However, at the same time, even if my video did violate copyright, I believe Daily Wire could have given me the fair-use exception. It was also transformative which is a special word that YouTube likes to use.
Here is another screenshot showing that YouTube deleted and erased and destroyed my video at least temporarily.
I submitted a counter, an appeal. In this screenshot, it shows I can also email them: "Contact claimant: This is the email address from which we received the takedown complaint: bentkey-bp@redpoints.com."
Here is another screenshot showing my video was "manually detected" and that the "claim type" was a "Copyright takedown request."
In this screenshot it shows that Daily Wire has ten business days to review my counter. YouTube wrote the following as seen in this screenshot and I quote, "Video was taken down. Counter notification forwarded. The content owner who removed your video has 10 U.S. business days to review your counter notification. If they don't provide proof of a court action against you, your video will be reinstated."

I don't care if Disney deletes my videos. The problem is Daily Wire was supposed to be against censorship and all the crazy abuses that larger corporations engage in. Ben Shapiro was supposed to be better than this.

Dailywire had YouTube take down my video where I talked about their Terror on the Prairie movie starring Gina Carano. I submitted a counter. If Ben Shapiro doesn't sue me or take me to court, YouTube says they're reinstate my video.
