WelCore Amazon Deck for jungleboy1’s Giveaway!

Hi! This is PhoeniX Skye, you may remember me from such threads as the F2P Mythic Gauntlet Challenge series and the Structure Tier List: How to Architect Diligently. Today is a quick post for jungleboy1’s Amazon Card Giveaway. The goal is simple: build an amazon deck #AmazonsUnchained

Well, as you might know, I’m close to finishing my F2P Gauntlet with just one God left to do: Deception. After that, I think I’ll to do a WelCore Challenge. Sounds like a new fitness craze right?? Haha nah really it’s an extension of the F2P Challenge, but this time, I’ll be using only Welcome and Core cards. Is it crazy? A little bit. The Core Refresh provided some decent cards and I love a challenge. This time I won’t be going for 15 wins like my Gauntlet challenge because I’m not so crazy to think that the Welcome and Core cards are THAT powerful, but I’ll do one or two for every God and do a comparison of how many wins I get with each. Anyways, enough background, let’s take a look at the deck!

Well, you can see the curve is very low, and a lot of 3 drops and no 4 drops. That’s because there are a lot of WelCore Amazons at 3 mana and none at 4 mana haha. I added in some strong Nature cards like Canopy Barrage, Lightning Strike, and Faeflame Blade. I can already see a downside in this deck, in that there is no card draw/generation; just gotta hope to take control of the board early and keep it until we hit the Onslaught.

Some of the interesting Core Refresh Cards are:

Sanctum Guardian - Basically an Amazon Broccoli! Its condition shouldn't be too hard to meet with all the low mana and sticky Amazons.

Canopy Sniper - Very interesting synergy with your (hopefully) wide board to keep board control

Riverjumper Captain - It counts itself so if you had nothing else on the board, it'll be a 2/4. But we're going WIDE remember?? (Hint: @jungleboy1 this is the card I want to win :p)

So how many wins do you think I can get with this deck? Leave a comment below!
