Weapons
As a hitman he can use many weapons. But his favorite weapons is a pair of custom-built Sa vz. 61 Skorpion submachine gun. They are fitted with muzzle shrouds, pistol grips and 30-round magazines.
Vehicles
He used to ride a Cadillac EXT in black color in Emperor City.
Character description:
His face is long and his nose sharp. He always wears a black longcoat and sun glasses even in night time. He is tall and handsome.

Neo Horizon is no.1 hitman in Emperor City. Emperor City is very populated city and situated adjacent system near the system Zeelis located.
Neo is an orphan and he is adopted by a leader of a very infamous gang in Emperor City. He can do whatever his father asked for. But he want to work alone. His father command hin in secret. He will not show their relationship to public. So noone knows Neo is the adopted son of this gang leader - Marvis.
Neo is now escaping from the chase of his enemys. As a hitman he was hired to kill a very rich person named Omar Crook. After he killed Omar Crook, he understands that this is just a decoy. They already made this setup and tried to kill him.
Actually it is very hard to kill him. He can sense the danger two minutes before it happens. His responsive rate is too fast so he can even dodge the bullets.
He rushed into the alley and climbed a wall and junp the place next to the wall. Before he reached the ground he sense the flctuations around him. This is like lightning are dancing around him. He can feel space itself can no longer him and he vanished on the spot.
When the chaser arrive the place Neo just jump down, they only only saw empty sapce.
"How can he disappear like this."
"How can I report back to my Boss."
"I am not very lucky this time."
They searched for half and hour throughly and went back to report their Boss.
At that time Neo was teleported to the City called Zeelis. He looks at the wall of Zeelis with unbelievable eyes. He signed as he finally escape from his pursuers, There is a medium Neon sign displaying:
