We apologize for the delay.

We also take the opportunity to invite you to support #vegan #plant #plantbased content through delegations, which are welcome, no matter the amount, everything adds up, everything is important, and something else, not only will you be supporting good vegan content, because also we do a daily curate work, voted those quality posts, as long as their topic does not contradict the principles of veganism. The Brand New PLANT BASED challenge: Global Vegan
by @hindavi

In our childhood we live experiences that define what we will be in the future, it is up to us to learn and take advantage of these experiences positively. And in this beautiful and emotional post, @hindavi tells us part of her personal life, how she learned to cook as a child, and what that process was like, until she became the magnificent cook she is today. For this challenge, she presented a delicious recipe for a typical dish from her native India, called Dal-bhajiche Dhapate, a delicious and complete dish based on lentils, with a rich sauce and good white rice, a recipe that takes her back to her childhood, and represents a fundamental part of her life. This post impressed us a lot, because of the beautiful story she share, it was an honor to have her participation in the challenge. Let's see this emotional and beautiful post!

Congratulations @hindavi! You are the winner of 5 HIVE.

Life is a continuum, but that is not why it is constant, uniform, but rather throughout various events, we shape our own history, and it is always important to look back and take the good lessons that derive from it. And precisely this does @eolianpariah2 in this wonderful and complete post, in which he shares part of his personal story, of his childhood, which he lived in the United States, his country of upbringing, where his father built a beautiful garden for him and his brothers, which enriched his diet. He also tells us how he became a vegetarian and the benefits that this decision brought him. And for this challenge, he brings us an American classic: refried beans, but presented in a great, and delicious, way, incorporating nuts and presented in pita pockets with delicious homemade hummus. Let's see this magnificent post!

Congratulations @eolianpariah2! You are the winner of 5 HIVE.

Vegan Bobotie. A Traditional South African Treat
by @itsostylish

Living in countries where most of the typical dishes are based on meat or other non-vegan products is quite a challenge; however, with ingenuity and creativity, a 100% vegan version of such recipes can be made. And this is the case of @itsostylish, who brought a traditional dish from South Africa, specifically from Cape Malay, the Vegan Bobotie, a dish that reflects the history and roots of his country; where a multitude of flavors are mixed to generate a delicious harmony that tastes like home. In this great post, she explains in detail the entire process of making it, and tells us as an anecdote, how her relatives found no difference between this 100% vegan version and the original recipe. Let's see this great post!

Congratulations @itsostylish! You are the winner of 5 HIVE.
