Manzanilla and the convoy made it to the outside of the Pizza Barons kingdom, the gate, which were opened to them and promptly shut behind as the last wagon entered. A servant came to the carriage of Manzanilla and said, "Sir it is with honor that i meet you, thank you for coming all this way. Your brother is waiting to see you in the main hall. As per your request the Fruit barons is on the grounds and your brother is waiting to see you."
"Well that is good news all around." Manzanilla chuckled.
"Is there anything else that you would like for your arrival?" the servant asked.
"The rest of the supplies should be on their way, they may need reinforcements so have a look into getting ready for that." Manzanilla mentioned as he looked away at the ladies in the carriage.
"Right away sir." The servant said and disappeared from the window.
"Well, here we are ladies, this should be interesting. Tolcetta it seems that Your man is here. Do not be causing problems, he is with another wife and your daughter might not be what you expect. Expectations is the mother of all let downs." Manzanilla said in a easy tone.
Tolcetta smiled and said, "Yes I understand these things, and that my daughter must be grown up and changed, but a mothers love will be for her daughters best interest, always. As for the Fruit baron, I will not let the child we share between us complicate the ways of my heart, there is a greater reason and purpose of this trip then for me to have my lover. In this I know a mans heart changes, my heart might have changed as well. It wont be of concern, I am tough for there is more to this trip than love, it is for all the pizzas."
"Very well, if you need our support you shall have it, just say so. Picholine, are you ready? What do you need?" Manzanilla asked.
"I am by your side so there is nothing else that I need. Tolcetta, I will be here for you if you need, you must only ask and I shall help with this possibly sticky situation." Picholine said gently.
"Alright, we work as a team and we shall not fail, be strong and flexible for all this shall all bend like the tip of a soggy pizza slice, edible and yet very nice to chase with the mouth." Manzanilla said in strong affirmations and a smile.
Moments later the carriage stopped and the hollering started.
Manzanilla got out and helped his wife and Tolcetta down. As he turned his brother the Pizza Baron was standing in front of him.
"Brother"
"Brother"
"We have much to talk about. Come in, the servants will carry all the load in for you. Picholine, It has been so long, come now lets us all go in and talk there is much to catch up on. Ahh, you must be Tolcetta, there is lots of talk about you in the kingdom these days. Come now, someone you likely want to see is locked inside the kingdom." The Pizza Baron said all this all while hugging and kissing the cheeks of the caravan and directing them to the interior of the hall.
They walked together to get to the Hall as the crows started to amass around them. They took their seats as the wine was brought out.
"Please have some food, drink and of course pizza." The Pizza Baron said to his guests.
