It is impossible not to think about my entire academic process when I try to think about pedagogy. I do not pretend to define what pedagogy is, since that is something you can easily ask St. Google. I understand pedagogy as the whole set of strategies that intertwine to make the educational process a space where the appropriate conditions of possibility for the construction of knowledge can be presented.
I feel that my educational experience has been very broad, full of many great experiences, I have come across many teachers who have left a positive mark on me. I cannot speak in a theoretical way about pedagogy, I consider that I have had a very experiential relationship with pedagogy and this is what I intend to narrate.
When I was in 5th grade of elementary school I had a teacher named Carlos Cadenas, I remember that his energy and fun was very particular, every day was learning and laughter. I remember many things from that year, especially, without a doubt, he went out of schedule many times, in fact he admitted it, and those are the topics I remember the most. The most vivid memory I have was that morning when he talked to us about the rule of 3. I remember well that he told us about the importance of this mathematical operation, he basically explained that this tool would help us to solve problems of proportionality between variables quickly, but beyond his theoretical explanation, teaching us how to use it in our daily lives was great, at least I lived it that way.
Thanks to that experience, I must say that pedagogy is to amaze, and applicability, because Professor Carlos, explained to us how a mathematical operation can be incredibly useful in everyday life, for me it was amazing.
Years later, in high school, I had many great teachers, I remember that every year I had experiences with really great teachers, but unlike in primary education that I linked pedagogy with astonishment, here in this second stage of my education, I felt that pedagogy is much more related to example and accompaniment. Teachers were there to support you in your learning process, but they could also be your inspiration.
In my last years of high school I was very determined to study chemistry and I think I made that decision for two reasons, the first one because I had 3 great chemistry teachers who made me fall in love with chemistry, and the second reason they inspired me, I saw that they were so enthusiastic about teaching chemistry that it was inevitable not to feel a little bit enthusiastic too.
Even though I didn't study chemistry, I still cherish that subject fondly. Then in college my way of conceiving pedagogy changed, in addition to containing the above. It had something else, it was extremely rigorous and demanding. At least in my career, the professors I met were teachers who moved you to excellence. Because beyond teaching me philosophy, they were in the classroom to build together a philosophical discourse, to clarify doubts. So at this stage of my education, the teachers were facilitators in the construction of criteria, besides being friends. I think that most of my teachers, outside the classroom, were your friends, and that relationship made the educational process more human.
So after these different experiences around education and pedagogy, I must say that pedagogy is, amazement, example, guidance, moving to excellence, commitment and friendship.
I have a deep esteem for all the teachers who accompanied me, each of them has contributed a grain of sand to the person I am today. And undoubtedly pedagogy is the art of contributing the essential of your being to another who walks in the construction of its future, trying together to project a future with better quality standards. Pedagogy is undoubtedly the construction of the future.

Pensando en Pedagogía
Es imposible no pensar en todo mi proceso académico cuando intento pensar en la pedagogía. No pretendo definir lo qué es la pedagogía, ya que es algo que fácilmente se le puede preguntar a San Google. Entiendo por pedagogía todo el conjunto de estrategias que se entrelazan para que el proceso educativo sea un espacio donde se pueda presentar las condiciones de posibilidad apropiadas para la construcción de conocimiento.
Siento que mi experiencia educativa ha sido muy amplia, llena de muchas experiencias grandiosas, me he topado con muchos docentes que han dejado una huella positiva en mí. No puedo hablar de manera teórica sobre la pedagogía, considero que he tenido una relación muy vivencial con la pedagogía y esto es lo que pretendo narrar.
Cuando estaba en 5.º grado de educación primaria tuve un maestro llamado Carlos Cadenas, recuerdo que su energía y diversión era bien particular, cada día era aprendizaje y risas. Recuerdo muchas cosas de ese año, en especial, sin duda, se salió muchas veces de la planificación, de hecho él lo admitía, y justo esos son los temas que más recuerdo El recuerdo más vivido que tengo fue aquella mañana cuando nos habló sobre la regla de 3. Recuerdo bien que nos habló de lo importante de esta operación matemática, nos explicó básicamente que esta herramienta nos iba a servir para resolver problemas de proporcionalidad entre variables de manera rápida, pero más allá de su explicación teórica, enseñarnos como usarlo en nuestra cotidianidad fue genial, por lo menos yo lo viví así.
Gracias a esa experiencia, debo decir que la pedagogía es asombrar, y aplicabilidad, porque el profesor Carlos, nos explicó como una operación matemática puede ser increíblemente útil en el día a día, para mí fue algo asombroso.
Años después, en bachillerato, tuve muchos profesores geniales, recuerdo que cada año tenía experiencias con los profesores realmente geniales, pero a diferencia de la educación primaría que vinculé la pedagogía con el asombro, acá en esta segunda etapa de mi educación, sentí que la pedagogía está mucho más relacionada con el ejemplo y el acompañamiento. Los profesores estaban allí para apoyarte en tu proceso de aprendizaje, pero que además podían ser tu inspiración.
En mis últimos años de educación secundaria tenía muy decidido estudiar Ing. Química y creo que tomé esa decisión por dos razones, la primera porque tuve 3 profesores de química estupendos que me enamoraron de la química, y la segunda razón me inspiraron, veía que estaban tan entusiasmados enseñando química que fue inevitable no sentirse también un poco entusiasmado.
Aunque no estudié química, sigo apreciando con mucho cariño esa asignatura. Luego en la universidad mi modo de concebir la pedagogía cambió, además de contener lo anterior. Tenía algo más, tenía extrema rigurosidad y exigencia. Por lo menos en mi carrera los profesores con los que me topé eran docentes que te movían a la excelencia. Porque más allá de enseñarme filosofía, estaban en el salón para construir juntos un discurso filosófico, aclarar dudas. De modo que en esta etapa de mi educación, los profesores eran facilitadores en la construcción de los criterios, además de ser amigos. Creo que la mayoría de mis profesores, fuera del aula, eran tus amigos, y que esa relación hacía más humana el proceso educativo.
Así que tras estas diferentes experiencias en torno a la educación y a la pedagogía, debo decir que la pedagogía es, asombro, ejemplo, guía, mover a la excelencia, compromiso y amistad.
Tengo una profunda estima a todos los docentes que me acompañaron, cada uno de ellos ha aportado un grano de arena a la persona que soy hoy. Y sin duda la pedagogía es el arte de aportar lo esencial de tu ser a otro que camina en la construcción de su porvenir, intentando juntos proyectar un futuro con mejores estándares de calidad. La pedagogía es sin duda la construcción del porvenir.
