I must confess that when I was younger I used many necklaces, I liked them a lot and I always used them combined with bracelets and earrings, I got to have many outfits, over the years I lightened up and now I only wear simple chains. combined with small earrings, mainly silver because I like silver ornaments much more than gold. But when I saw the contest I couldn't ignore it, a nostalgia for those years invaded me, but I wanted to use the thread to do it because I really like its use in different jewelry objects.
Now I show you the materials and explain in detail how I did it

Hola a todos los amigos de Joyería, me uno a ustedes porque esta es mi participación en el concurso lanzado por esta comunidad.
Debo confesar que cuando era más joven usaba muchos collares, me gustaba mucho y siempre los usaba combinados con pulseras y aretes, llegué a tener muchos conjuntos, con los años me aligeré y ahora solo uso algunas cadenitas sencillas, combinadas con aretes pequeños, principalmente de plata porque me gusta mucho más los adornos plateados que dorados. Pero cuando vi el concurso no pude ignorarlo, me invadió una nostalgia por aquellos años, pero quise usar el hilo para hacerlo porque me gusta mucho su uso en diferentes objetos de joyería.
Ahora les muestro los materiales y les explico detalladamente como lo hice

Raw cotton thread.

To start I will explain that the raw yarn cone I used is made up of thick strands that are made up of 8 intertwined thinner strands.
Therefore, I made three rows of raw yarn, each consisting of 5 thick strands from the cone, which I cut to a length of 1 meter, knotted them and made a braid with this yarn, as seen in the picture.

Para empezar explicaré que el cono de hilo crudo que utilicé está formado por hebras gruesas que se componen de 8 hebras más finas entrelazadas.
Por lo tanto, hice tres hileras de hilo crudo, cada una compuesta por 5 hebras gruesas del cono, las cuales corté a una longitud de 1 metro, las anudé e hice una trenza con este hilo, como se ve en la imagen.

Next I took orange sewing thread and cut 5 strands 25 cm long and with a large needle I sewed it in the center of the braid made of raw thread.

A continuación tomé hilo de coser naranja y corté 5 hebras de 25 cm de largo y con una aguja grande lo cosí en el centro de la trenza hecha de hilo crudo.

Later I made 21 strands of orange thread of 25 cm I divided them into 3, that is, 7 strands in each division and with them I made a fine orange braid.

Posteriormente hice 21 hebras de hilo naranja de 25 cm las dividí en 3, o sea, 7 hebras en cada división y con ellas hice una fina trenza naranja

I placed the orange braid making some shells in the middle of the largest braid of raw thread, there were 8 shells left, I fixed each shell with silicone and especially the ends so that they do not come undone.

Coloqué la trenza naranja haciendo unas conchas en medio de la trenza más grande de hilo crudo, quedaron 8 conchas, fijé con silicona cada concha y sobre todo las puntas para que no se deshagan.

To each shell of orange thread, I put a white bead, which I tied with the pita thread. I threaded the pita thread through the bead, then through the shell, and reinserted it through the same hole in the bead, so that the two ends met at the bottom of the bead to tie in a knot.I then heated up an old knife and glued it to the ends of the pita string so they wouldn't poke.

A cada concha de hilo naranja, le puse una cuenta blanca, las que até con el hilo de pita. Pasé el hilo de pita por la cuenta, luego por la concha y lo reinserté por el mismo orificio de la cuenta, de manera que los dos extremos se unieran en la parte inferior de la cuenta para atarlos con un nudo. Luego calenté un cuchillo viejo y lo pegué a los extremos de la cuerda de pita para que no pincharan.

I then took 4 thick threads from the raw thread cone and threaded it through a large needle so I could go through the large orange square, which I tied in a knot so it wouldn't come off.

Luego tomé 4 hilos gruesos del cono de hilo crudo y los pasé por una aguja grande para poder pasar por el cuadrado naranja grande, que hice un nudo para que no se saliera.

I divided the thick strands into 2 and inserted the orange hex beads and also tied a knot so they wouldn't slip and divided the thick ones into 3 thinner ones and braided each side.

Dividí las hebras gruesas en 2 e inserté las cuentas naranjas en forma hexagonales y también hice un nudo para que no se deslizaran y dividí las gruesas en 3 más delgadas y trencé cada lado.

I took a thick thread to cover the ends of the initial braid made of crude thread that is the body of the necklace, I doubled the ends and wound the thread and at the end I tied a knot, I applied silicone so that it does not come undone. I did it at both ends.

Tomé un hilo grueso para cubrir los extremos de la trenza inicial hecha de hilo crudo que es el cuerpo del collar, doblé los extremos y enrollé el hilo y al final le hice un nudo, le apliqué silicona para que no deshaga. Lo hice en ambos extremos.

The thin braids that hold the square and hexagonal beads, I inserted them into the wider braid in the eighth turn of the braid from the end down, I made a knot and glued it with silicone.

Las trenzas finas que sostienen las cuentas cuadradas y hexagonales, las introduje en la trenza más ancha en la octava vuelta de la trenza desde extremo hacia abajo, le realice un nudo y lo pegué con silicona.

To finish, in one of the ends I inserted the ring that had the hook-shaped closure and in the other end a small ring where the closure is hooked, ending my necklace.

Para terminar en uno de los extremos inserté la argolla que tenía el cierre en forma de gancho y en el otro extremo una pequeña argolla donde se engancha el cierre, quedando concluido mi collar.
