Arturo and I have been working together for many years. We met in a toner refill center, which are the "ink cartridges" of toner printers, and almost immediately we connected. After some time we both stopped working in this refill center, I bought a camera and it was not until 2015 that we met again by chance in a shopping center. So we stayed talking, he told me that he was working in a photographic and printing studio in the same mall and as I wanted to dedicate myself to photography I brought my resume.

Arturo y yo hemos estado trabajando juntos desde hace muchos años. Nos conocimos en un centro de recargas de toner, que son los cartuchos de ¨tinta¨ de impresoras de toner valga la redundancia, y casi de forma inmediata conectamos. Pasado el tiempo ambos dejamos de trabajar en este centro de recarga, yo me compre una cámara y no fue hasta 2015 que nos reencontramos por casualidad en un centro comercial. Así que nos quedamos hablando, me comentó que estaba trabajando en un estudio fotográfico y de impresión en el mismo centro comercial y como yo me quería dedicar a la fotografía lleve mi curriculum.

I took these pictures working there using a flashlight that I had with me all the time, he taught me my first steps in Photoshop and also in illustrator. Arturo still works with me today and beyond being my colleague in the projects I do, he has become an invaluable friend and family.
