METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Clean and fish the caught fish well, then dry it. Season to taste and let sit for 15 minutes. During this time, wrap the potatoes with aluminum foil and put them on the fire for 30 minutes. Roll the fish in the flour and leave for 5 minutes. Wait for the oil to heat up well, then place the fish and turn regularly until golden on both sides.

Remove the potatoes from the heat, break them in half and season to taste. Cut the tomatoes into four - the country style and season with salt and olive oil. Finely chop the parsley, the scallions into wedges and sprinkle them over the baked potatoes.
