More images from the backyard. Thanks in part to the new camera and new lens, I've been attempting to focus on different subject matter when possible. For example, the image above is of that of a nearby telephone pole. The glass shapes on it are pretty cool, honestly.

Then of course there is the moon, in it's always amazing glory from afar.

Then, of course, there are always pictures of our #featherfriends that hang out in the neighborhood.

No luck with cardinals this go around; so instead, I finished the set up with a few photos of clover and shadows (and Ms. Mabel, of course!)

All in all, I'm still figuring out the new camera and how to focus it better. My eyes are getting old (I mean, I have to wear cheaters just to read a book), so I've been dependent upon the autofocus setting. More practice will have to come.
