From Bacalar to Tulum…

We leave Bacalar very early in the morning to go to Tulum, about 200km to the north.
What we have done to prevent the children from getting exhausted from the trip is to make an intermediate stop to visit a couple of cenotes before arriving.
The “Cenote Cristalino”, I was a bit disappointed because we have seen much better, also the water was not as "crystal clear" as the name indicated.

In any case, it has been a good cenote to practice jumping into the water from a wooden platform.

Then we have visited the hidden Cenote, this one is much better, elongated and with multiple cavities and caves in which to dive if you are an experienced diver. We have had a good time here.

We arrived in Tulum after lunch but we deserve to rest in the hotel we have chosen, a luxury apartment with two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms with private security that we have reserved during the car trip, a bit improvised but quite cheap considering everything, €145 for two nights...impressive.
