Since last week my friend and I have been out for a walk in the province of Córdoba, visiting a friend. On sunny days we are going to spend the afternoon at a river near my friend's house, to take advantage of the last hot days. It was there that we met this peculiar dog that loves to catch stones.

Desde la semana pasada mi amiga y yo estamos de paseo en la provincia de Córdoba, visitando a un amigo. En los días soleados vamos a pasar la tarde a un río que queda cerca de la casa de mi amigo, para aprovechar los último días de calor. Allí fue donde conocimos a este peculiar perro que ama atrapar piedras.

The first time we saw him he was in the river. It suddenly appeared and scared us, we assumed it was one of those dogs that live on the street, or in this case, in the forest.

La primera vez que lo vimos estaba río adentro. Apareció de repente y nos asustó, supusimos que era de esos perros que viven en la calle, o en este caso, en el bosque.

We immediately noticed that he liked to hold stones with his mouth and what he was looking for us to play with him. It was enough to hold a stone in your hand to put him on the alert.

Enseguida notamos que le gustaba agarrar piedras con la boca y lo que buscaba era que jugaramos con él. Bastaba sostener una piedra en la mano para ponerlo alerta.

And when we threw it, there he went to look for the stone 😅.

Y cuando la lanzábamos, allí iba a buscar la piedra 😅.

And immediately he was ready to go look for it again ❤.

Y enseguida quedaba listo para ir a buscarla otra vez ❤.

When the sun went down, we moved to another part of the river where there was still light. It was just the golden hour where I could take this beautiful photo 😅❤.

Cuando el sol bajó, nos mudamos a otra parte del río en donde aun había luz. Justo nos tocó la hora dorada en donde pude tomarle esta bella foto 😅❤.

And finally, how did we know that his name is Moro? Well, when we were going back to my friend's house, the dog followed us, playing and running with a lot of energy. When we were halfway there, the dog stopped at a house where there were people on the sidewalk. It was his home and those people were his family! We asked them his name and they told us his name was Moro. Then, we continued on our way and Moro stayed at his house 😅❤.

Y finalmente, ¿cómo supimos que su nombre es Moro? Bueno, cuando estabamos volviendo a la casa de mi amigo, el perro nos siguió, jugando y corriendo con mucha energía. Cuando ibamos a mitad de camino, el perro se detuvo en una casa donde habia gente en la vereda. ¡Era su casa y esas personas eran su familia! Les preguntamos como se llamaba y nos dijeron que su nombre era Moro. Luego, nosotros seguimos nuestro camino y Moro se quedó en su casa 😅❤.

I'm happy because Moro has a family. He is certainly a very cool dog and I hope we can continue to see him on our walks to the river ❤.

Estoy feliz de que Moro tenga una familia. Sin dudas es un perro muy genial y espero que podamos seguir viendolo en más de nuestros paseos al río ❤.
