Doleschallia Bisaltide caterpillar from Aceh

Hey hive friends. How are you, of course, everything is fine and always in good health. Hive friends who I honor, in this post I will share some photos that I have, in a previous post I posted about flowers but in this post I will try to share photos about caterpillars.

The caterpillar that I shared was taken when I went to the garden behind the house to see the state of the garden and who knew there was media to be photographed, then my eyes saw a black caterpillar enjoying eating young leaves, so without staying silent I took my cell phone then aim at the caterpillar.

The black caterpillar that I photographed didn't know what it was called, so I looked for it using a search engine, namely Google, so Google named it Doleschallia bisaltide, which is an animal that eats young leaves.

The caterpillar is the second stage of the butterfly metamorphosis, the butterfly metamorphosis is a complete metamorphosis starting from the butterfly hatching an egg then becoming a caterpillar then a caterpillar. It becomes a cocoon then a cocoon becomes a caterpillar then the caterpillar becomes a butterfly again, a strange but real process.

That's my discussion in this post, hopefully my friends like it and thank you for the support.

I photographed the caterpillar using a Samsung brand mobile phone camera in the Aceh forest location.
