Too often we spend too much time flying mentally and without touching the earth's surface. Life screams at us to find a landing strip and a connection to the ground. All in order to be centered in reality to be as happy as possible. This is one of the main things we must prioritize now in the present and in the future.

We have been flying for many decades, living on utopias and pregnant birds. Dreaming without touching the earth, floating above the whitish clouds that furrow the sky. In the end we end up crashing forcibly, because sooner or later what goes up must come down.

We live an existential parrot or balloon, which does not want to wake up from its illusion, because in reality it has never soared over the earth, nor flown over the high mountains, always full of fantasies rather than realities.

We long to achieve our projects overnight, or to cross that goal in no time at all. This way of thinking or acting is the perfect formula for failure and frustration. We want to win the lottery of life, but we are not willing to pay the price, since that ticket is very expensive.

There are no shortcuts or easy things, everything has to be worked for. The couple, prosperity, health, everything is work. The problem is that we confuse work with eagerness, stress and confrontation and they are not the same. Work is a positive energy that if it is done well and consciously, in the time it should be done, it will always yield good results.

On the contrary, the three elements mentioned above will sooner or later take their toll on our mind, body and soul.

To the above, we must add the speed that is the cancer of this time, it invades everything like an unstoppable metastasis. We feel that we have no time for anything, that we need longer hours and days to accomplish everything we have planned, but this way of acting leads us nowhere.

We see life as a great battlefield where we fight multiple wars with different enemies at the same time: the family, the couple, at work that is not the solution. We must re-embrace the trust we lost, do everything in our power and then we can sit back and wait, because there are things that are out of our hands and depend on the universe or God as we want to call it.

Let us never remain disconnected from ourselves, always keep a ground wire, that is the key. See you soon.

Muy a menudo pasamos mucho tiempo volando mentalmente y sin tocar la superficie terrestre. La vida nos grita que busquemos una pista de aterrizaje y una conexión a tierra. Todo con el fin de estar centrados en la realidad para ser lo más felices posibles. Lo anterior es una de las principales cosas que debemos priorizar ahora en el presente y en el porvenir.

Son muchas décadas volando, viviendo de utopías y pajaritos preñados. Soñando sin tocar la tierra, flotando sobre las blanquecinas nubes que surcan el cielo. A la final terminamos estrellándonos forzosamente, porque tarde o temprano lo que sube tiene que bajar.

Vivimos un papagayo o un globo existencial, que no quiere despertar de su ilusión, porque en realidad nunca ha remontado la tierra, ni volado por sobre las altas montañas, siempre lleno de fantasías más que de realidades.

Anhelamos lograr los proyectos de la noche a la mañana, o atravesar esa meta en un dos por tres. Esa forma de pensar o actuar es la fórmula perfecta para fracaso y la frustración. Queremos sacarnos la lotería de la vida, pero no estamos dispuestos a pagar el precio, ya que ese boleto sale muy costoso.

No hay atajos ni cosas fáciles, todo hay que trabajarlo. La pareja, la prosperidad, la salud todo es trabajo. El problema es que confundimos trabajo con afán, estrés y confrontación y no son lo mismo. El trabajo es una energía positiva que si se hace bien y de forma consciente, en el tiempo que se debe hacer, siempre va rendir buenos frutos.

Por el contrario, los tres elementos mencionados anteriormente tarde o temprano pasarán factura negativa a nuestra mente, a nuestro cuerpo y nuestra alma.

A lo anterior, hay que agregar la velocidad que es el cáncer de esta época, todo lo invade como una indetenible metástasis. Sentimos que no tenemos tiempo para nada, que necesitamos horas y días más largos para realizar todo lo que hemos proyectado, pero esa forma de actuar no nos lleva a ninguna parte.

Vemos la vida como un gran campo de batalla donde libramos múltiples guerras con diferentes enemigos a la vez: la familia, la pareja, en lo laboral esa no es la solución. Hay que volver abrazar esa confianza que perdimos, hacer todo lo que está a nuestro alcance y entonces si podemos sentarnos a esperar, porque hay cosas que salen de nuestras manos y dependen del universo o Dios como le queramos llamar.

Nunca permanezcamos desconectados de nosotros mismos, siempre mantengamos un cable a tierra esa es la clave. Hasta pronto.
