Bought some veal from the supermarket and decided to cook it in tomato sauce and accompany a dish of spaghetti
Easy to cook, just put the meat in the pressure cooker, let it cook for 30 minutes. When ready, decompress, remove the meat, cook the sauce in the pressure cooker (lid open, use it like a simple pot), it won't take longer than fifteen minutes. I made a very simple sauce with tomato juice, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper and a little oregano. A couple of minutes before the sauce is ready,just add the meat and let soak up the juice from the sauce.
Open a bottle of wine...
Serve with some spaghetti, feta cheese and a salad of your choice (I sliced a cucumber from my dad's garden as I was too lazy for anything else).
