One of the most effective ways to mine Bronze for DEC, is by using Gold Foil or Alpha/Promo Cards to super-charge your earnings.

#Fire is the Splinter most adept at using this strategy, as the GF versions of their cards are less expensive than other other Splinters- at least of the one's you want to use.

Base Build

I have found that the Pyre/Snipe Build is very successful- especially against the Mylor-Shroom decks. My BASE build consists of: GF Pyre
(Furious) Chicken
(Flame) Monkey (GF)
Ant (Miner) (GF) then
(Fire) Beetle (GF)
(Ferexia) General
Mantoid (GF)

This is 20 mana and what it does is put the first 3 monsters in the way, while the last 3 Snipe the middle out of their team- Mushrooms, Nymphs, Pixies, Mermaids.... they all get shot to Hell. Leaving your Ant for them to try to get through while you shoot down their Tank.

A couple of other cards I like to have for the build are:
Goblin Shaman
Molten Ogre
Flamesmith

Expected Results

I have used this Build to quickly move up to Bronze I (and beyond) then mine Bronze for about 150 DEC/day before moving on up into Silver, where this build is still very effective.
