Good Morning!

I really shouldn’t sound so lively this morning. I had the worst nights sleep. I was dozing off around 10:30pm, but then all the lights came on. I was awake for hours on end and I had a headache too. I had already taken pain killers a couple of hours before I started to feel sleepy, so I knew I couldn’t take anymore. I must have tossed and turned hundreds of times, but still no luck. I literally had about 2 hours of broken sleep which isn’t good because I have some workmen over today and they usually arrive at 8:30am. Somehow I managed to get up and finish my bodyweight exercises before 9am.

Wednesday 27th June 2018

I dreamed I saw my friend Joe in a gold coloured saloon car. I had seen this colour before. It was the exact same colour I had on my very first car. Then I realised he was sat inside my car but the body shape was changed from hatchback to saloon. I recognised the numberplate too. It was the first numberplate that was put on my car before I got a personalised one. Joe was in the process of selling the car. I said to him that this car was my old car but different shape.

The salesman didn’t believe me. He laughed at me as if I was some mad woman! Then I heard music come out of the car. It was Rapture - iio I could recognise that remix anywhere! It was one I used to have blaring out of my car on a regular basis. I said to the salesman I would prove this was my old car. I opened the boot and there was my 12 inch Alpine sub, then I took the CD out of the head unit. It was the CD I had been looking for for years!! It had all my handwriting on it with the mixes labeled on it.

Then when I did go round to the front of the car, I saw my ex’s partner. Although she wasn’t his partner in real life, it was another acquaintance’s partner. I never did like her from the start, but I said ”Hello” and I ”Wasn’t there to cause any trouble”. In fact I wanted to be her friend! Then I saw my friend Joe had turned into my ex!

Considering I didn’t have a lot of sleep, I was quite surprised I managed to have this dream and remember it too! I haven’t seen Joe since I split with my ex 10 years ago. I really do miss my first car though, but I am totally in love with my new car. I wonder why I dreamed about his partner being there but she was someone else’s partner. I don’t think I would try and make friends with her though. I tried the first time (not my ex’s partner but the acquaintance’s partner) and she still was a complete cow!
