My video had no movie audio. But Ben Shapiro had my video taken off YouTube. But my video had no movie video meaning no consecutive or sequential frames, pictures, photos, images, screenshots, from the movie. But my video did have a few isolated non-squential or non-consecutive frames or screenshots.
But everybody does that.
But you didn't take down their videos for the same exact thing.
But you did take down my video.
But what's the difference?
You can do what you I know if you own the copyright.
You don't have to grant me fair-use even if it's transformative and no big deal of a video with no views.
But why?
Why make a big deal about my video?
Is my video that big of a threat?
My video is not that good.
I wrote an open letter to The Daily Wire.
I sent and emailed this open letter to Ben Shapiro.

Dear Ben Shapiro and The Daily Wire,
The video of mine that you got removed off YouTube contained screenshots of your Terror On The Prairie movie starring Gina Carano. The video I published that I made was of me talking about that film.
But my video did not contain audio or the entirety of the movie. It didn't contain consecutive frames. It was not sequential. It was a few frames. I showed a few photos, pictures, images, frames, or screenshots. But everyone does that. You're not taking down every single video that contains images or references to your movie.
I did not say it was my movie. I gave you credit. I mentioned Ben Shapiro, Gina Carano, and The Daily Wire. I like them. I follow Tim Pool, Geeks + Gamers, Chrissie Mayr, Nerdrotics, Friday Night Tights, Alex Jones of Infowars, Louder With Crowder, etc. I'm fans of The Daily Wire.
If Daily Wire has copyright over this movie, they could grant Fair-Use to those who may share photos that come from this movie. It is true you can choose to not grant me fair-use as copyright owners. That is true. I believe my video was transformative.
This open letter email I am writing to you here is being posted to my blogs. My blog posts and articles are posted to blockchain websites and other places too. I'm making videos about this situation. I am trying to let the world know that my video was taken down.
Dear Ben Shapiro,
Am I some kind of threat to you? I like this movie. So, I made a video about it. But my YouTube channel only has like 100 subscribers. I'm a small fry. Most of my videos have like zero views. I may sometimes get a few views for some videos. But I thought my video was harmless. I was just reviewing your movie. Other people can review your movie but I can't? Why is that? I am copying and pasting this entire letter email here to my blog.
Dear Daily Wire,
Please get my video removed off Rumble too. If you do that, then I will try to upload that same video to Bitchute. You can then try to get it removed off that website too. I will write a new article and a few new videos each time you do this. After that, I will try to upload my same review video to Odysee and other video platform websites and everything and so on and so forth. I will not stop until you sue the Hell out of me. Perhaps sue me for alleged defamation and God knows what else. Take me to court and throw me in prison. Ben, murder me if you have to. I will not stop doing what I do. My name is Oatmeal Joey Arnold at @JoeyArnoldVN and I do many things. Good or bad, I do what I do.
I just wanted to make a video about your movie. I like Ben. I like the Daily Wire. I didn't want to go to war with them. But they're attacking me. There was no reason to take down my silly video where I talked about your movie which I liked. Are you afraid I will hurt your reputation? Do you think I'm going to give you a bad public image or what?
I will never ever take down my videos and articles and everything else that I published on many different websites talking about The Daily Wire and Ben Shapiro. I want them to simply restore or reinstate my video on YouTube.
But the damage was already done. I made a small video about your movie. But for some reason you decided to get it destroyed. Like, normally in regards to copyright, people get videos blocked but not removed. On YouTube, you can get a video blocked in every single country or in most countries. So, it is kind of like getting a video removed. However, there is a difference. You decided not to block my video but to get it removed which means you think my video is really bad.
That is why I have to talk about this on Twitter, in videos, on blogs, etc. You cannot get my blogs and videos removed off the Internet. You can try to get some of it removed off some websites but not all websites. Also, things cannot be removed off the blockchain. It was all uploaded and published to multiple blockchains.
You need to stop attacking small content creators like me. But you can choose to take me to court and win. But what I wrote about what happened will always be somewhere on the Internet for the record. I have tweeted on Twitter at Ben Shapiro, The Daily Wire, etc.
You have the power to get me thrown in prison or you could even have me killed. You have to decide to ignore this or to take action.
But YouTube said to me that if you don't show proof within ten business days that you are taking legal action against me, then my video will be restored. My video will be reinstated.
Either tell me you will let YouTube restore my video or you can see me in court. I do NOT have money for a lawyer or attorney or anything. I'm a 37 year old man who lives with his parents near Seattle. You can choose to take me down or to simply let YouTube restore my video.
In the future, I will probably think twice about making videos praising Daily Wire movies and what have you because you guys have scared the Jesus out of me.
I thought The Daily Wire promoted free speech. I thought Ben Shapiro was against censorship. So, was my video that bad?
That bad?
