Hello to all dear Hive users! My name is Claudia Salazar, I'm Venezuelan and I live in Nevada, USA. This is my first publication so I'm going to tell you a little about myself and how I got here.
I was born in Naguanagua, a municipality in the state of Carabobo, Venezuela. I was born on September 3, 1994, being the first daughter of my mother, Arelis Requena and the third daughter of my father, Cesar Salazar. Together we lived for some years in an area of Valencia called Prebo. My father worked as an architect and my mother was a housewife. Later came my little sister, Carmina Salazar. Who you may know, since she was the one who introduced me to the platform and insisted that I could work through it. Together we grew up in Naguanagua and little by little we took different lives.
¡Hola a todos queridos usuarios de Hive! Por acá me presento, mi nombre es Claudia Salazar, soy venezolana y resido en Nevada, Estados Unidos. Es mi primera publicación por lo que voy a contarles un poco sobre mi y como llegué aquí.
Nací en Naguanagua, municipio del estado Carabobo, Venezuela. Llegue al mundo un 3 de Septiembre de 1994, siendo la primera hija de mi madre, Arelis Requena y la tercera de mi padre, Cesar Salazar. Juntos vivimos algunos años en una zona de Valencia llamada Prebo. Mi padre trabajaba como arquitecto y mi mamá era ama de casa. Más tarde llegó mi hermanita, Carmina Salazar. Quién ustedes quizás conozcan, ya que fue quién me dió a conocer la plataforma e insistió en que pudiera trabajar a través de ella. Juntas crecimos en Naguanagua y poco a poco tomamos vidas diferentes.
Let me tell you a little about my professional life. I am a TSU in Imaging, graduated from the Arturo Michelena University in 2016. I remember my career with great affection, since I met some friends who are still by my side today. I worked quite hard to be able to pay for my studies and that made me value more my vocation towards my career. I finally made it.
I am not currently practicing. As you may know, the situation in Venezuela for the year (2016) in which I graduated was quite strong, so I emigrated. From there, I met many, many countries; Spain, France, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Jordan, Dominican Republic, United States and Chile. It was the best decision I could have made.
Les cuento un poco sobre mi vida profesional. Soy TSU en Imagenología, egresada de la Universidad Arturo Michelena en el año 2016. Recuerdo con mucho cariño mi carrera, ya que conocí algunas amistades que hasta el son de hoy siguen estando a mi lado. Trabajaba bastante duro para poder pagar mis estudios y eso me hizo valorar más mi vocación hacia la carrera. Finalmente lo logré.
Actualmente no estoy ejerciendo. Como sabrán, la situación en Venezuela para el año (2016) en que me gradué estaba bastante fuerte, por lo que emigre. De allí, conocí muchísimos países; España, Francia, Italia, México, Colombia, Panamá, Jordania, República Dominicana, Estados Unidos y Chile. Fue la mejor decisión que pude haber tomado.
This last country was where I used to live and work in a winter clothing store. There, I was also able to meet my family on my dad's side, he was Chilean (he passed away in 2015) and we never had the opportunity to get to the country. My sister Leticia and Carla, my nieces Belen and Kiara, my aunts and uncles, my cousins. They are all lovely. Chile is a beautiful country, a super strong climate but I enjoyed it very much.
Let me tell you a little bit about who I am. I am a kind of person who does not like to be in one place. I don't like routine. That's why you will notice that I tend to move a lot and that makes me a bit impulsive. However, I have managed to manage that through the formation of my new home in the United States. Where I am now and I hope to continue to grow.
Este último país fue en dónde vivía antes y trabaja en una tienda de ropa para invierno. Allí, también pude conocer a mi familia por parte de mi papá, él era chileno (falleció en el 2015) y nunca tuvimos la oportunidad de llegar al país. Mi hermana Leticia y Carla, mis sobrinas Belén y Kiara, mis tías y tíos, mis primas. Todos son encantadores. Chile es un país hermoso, un clima súper fuerte pero que disfrute muchísimo.
Les cuento un poco sobre quién soy. Soy un tipo de persona que no gusta de estar en un solo sitio. No me gusta la rutina. Por eso notarán que me suelo mover muchísimo y eso me hace un poco impulsiva. Sin embargo he logrado manejar eso a través de la formación de mi nuevo hogar en Estados Unidos. Dónde me encuentro ahora y espero poder seguir creciendo.
The things I like are several. I like fashion, shopping for clothes and especially shoes. I have a lot of them and there are never enough hehehe I also like to travel, I think it's what I love the most, since I have been able to know (even in one day) many places and people. I have a lot to tell about it. It hasn't been easy to make it but I have accomplished some travel goals. I also love food, in fact, I was studying to be a Sous Chef.
The things I don't like would be for example that things don't work out the way I expect them to. It stresses me out a lot when I can't achieve a goal and it falls through. I think that happens to all of us but I feel that sometimes it gets to me. I like animals but not their hair so I try to keep my space away from them. I also don't like dirt. I am a clean freak and you will constantly see me trying to keep my home clean and tidy.
Las cosas que me gustan son varias. Me gusta la moda, comprar ropa y sobre todo los zapatos. Tengo muchísimos y nunca son suficientes jejeje también me gusta viajar, creo que es lo que más amo, ya que he podido conocer (así sea en un día) muchísimos lugares y personas. Tengo mucho que contar sobre eso. No ha sido fácil lograrlo pero he cumplido algunas metas de viaje. También me gusta la comida, de hecho, estuve estudiando para ser Sous Chef.
Las cosas que no me gustan serían por ejemplo que las cosas no se desarrollen como yo espero. Me estresa mucho no poder lograr una meta y que está se caiga. Creo que a todos nos pasa pero siento que eso a veces me logra afectar. Me gustan los animales pero no sus pelos por lo que trato de mantener mi espacio fuera de ellos. Tampoco me gusta la suciedad. Soy fanática de la limpieza y constantemente me verán pendiente de mantener mi hogar limpio y ordenado.
