VOIVOD - Planet Eaters

Canadian heavy/speed/trash metal band Voivod, yes with unique style, has announced the release of a new studio album titled Synchro Anarchy. The album will be released in June 2022. The band has also released the first single from the upcoming album. The guitar is flowing and the message is clear.

The Matrix Resurrections - Neo and Trinity Theme (Exomorph Remix)

In anticipation of the long-awaited sequel to the Matrix film series, which is The Matrix Resurrections, and also the release of a soundtrack for the movie of the same name, a song called 'Neo and Trinity Theme' has been released.
The movie will start on December 22nd in cinemas around the world.
The song was co-edited and remixed by Johnny Klimek and Tom Tykwer.

Tangerine Dream - Raum [Single Edit]

I wouldn't believe it if it wasn't true! These are slightly forgotten idols from my youth. Tangerine Dream, the German band that plowed the ice of experimental electronic music (EVEN before Kraftwerk), will release a new album 'Raum'! It's the first single. They're also going on tour, unfortunately for me, only in the UK. A must-listen for fans!

Ben LaMar Gay - Bang Melodically Bang

New album from the free-thinking jazz master, producer, and composer from Chicago. The second in a series deal with rhythm and its incarnation in various musical forms, and especially with its cultural significance in African-American communities. He informs us that rhythm is a tradition that has passed from continent to continent, from hand to hand, from generation to generation. It certainly stands out from the classical jazz mode. A very modern, rhythmic, jazzy sound.

Tsujigiri - Megla

The artist with the real name Gregor Kocijančič, from Ljubljana, Slovenia, has established himself as one of the most recognizable faces of the Ljubljana music scene with some of the most relevant mixes and albums in the last decade as DJ Felis Catus. This song is from his latest album Harakiri. Megla means Fog in English. What can I say about it? Well, nothing ... it's ringing in my ears ... I put it here because my son listens to this so-called trap ...

Morvern - Cool Cat

A Slovenian band that has been around since 2017 and is not very well-known to the public even at home, not to mention globally. I wouldn't discuss why maybe some other time. The leader of the band is Jan Cizej, who writes the songs, lyrics, and arrangements for the instruments, and is assisted live by four friends. This song is the introduction to the new fourth album and to me it sounds very good, a bit nostalgic, it pulls on shoegaze, the guitars and vocals are in the foreground, and like any new band, it deals with existentialistic problems of the individual and society.

Steve Hill - Hellhound On My Trail

A new name for me, I have to admit again. Steve Hill is a somewhat unexceptional phenomenon on the Canadian blues scene. His presentational form literally destroys everything in front of you and leads you into a strange floating world of blues from which, unfortunately, there is no way out. An inventive guitarist, singer, or just a player, Steve Hill has performed, recorded, and played on the radio with names, legends, such as the late Ray Charles, Hubert Sumlin, B.B. King, ZZ Top, Jimmie Vaughan, Jeff Beck, and others.
