He listed four main features that every Block producer should have in this way:
- honesty
- reliability
- community involvement
- politeness

Can’t really find any fault to those criteria. I could only state my favorite feature that every block producer should have. Being a Block Producer means that you have to have deep knowledge to the system. Since the weakest point of decentralized social and blockchain platforms is documentation, help system that would be updated along the implemented upgrades, user can only rely on a good will of those who know how the system works. Being a helpful guy/girl as a Block Producer, would be mine top criteria in voting for someone. Of course all other features are necessary for every Block Producer, but the interaction with users cam make them aware of a person behind the witness/nod. Better people should have more votes.
