Afternoon All,

Today's post isn't about dreams from last night, but it is about something that kept happening from the other side. Some of you might be very sceptical with what I am about to say, some of you might whole heartedly believe me. Nevertheless what I experienced I believe to be true.

Saturday 13th November 2021

Yesterday late afternoon, early evening I was walking round my house doing the usual day to day tasks. I saw my bedroom light was on and I knew I hadn't left it on. I huffed to myself because I knew it was my husband as he does forget a lot. Later on that evening I saw my bedroom light had come on again. I was fuming!! "Why doesn't my husband turn the light off??!?!!!" I said to myself. Then I saw him and said it was twice now I had to turn off the bedroom light. He said he didn't go to my room and he hasn't touched the light. I didn't believe him but I said "OK". Every time I walked past my bedroom door, I kept checking to see if the light was on again. Very late in the evening after 9pm I made my way to the bathroom. I turned and looked at my bedroom. Low and behold... THE LIGHT WAS ON AGAIN! I called my husband and said "Look! It's on again!! Are you sure you haven't been in there?" He assured me he hadn't. I said it's weird like someone or something is doing it. Considering only the two of us live here and no pets or children there was no other explanation. Then I thought it could be my late Granny. My regular readers will know I suffered sleep paralysis this week and I was constantly calling out for my late Granny. The day after I went to put on a candle that I hated the smell of unit as it was so flowery, however I lit it just to use it up. Later that day I smelled something that reminded me of my late Granny's old bedroom. Then I realised it was the candle making that smell. It smelled so different being lit compared to being unlit. Also I was looking for my other shot glass and I found it behind my late Granny's photo. It was just so weird!!! This month was the month she passed and to me it has to be her. Everything that's happened has been about my late Granny. I'm pretty sure she is telling me she is here.

Going back to the lights. My husband said that evening he saw our bathroom light on when he went to put the bins out. He said he didn't leave it on. I said I didn't leave it on either. Then that reminded me of something. In the week I also saw the bathroom light left on and I blamed it on my husband. There was a time this week too that I came home and I saw my bedroom light was on from the outside of my house. I was the last one to leave and I always go round the house checking all doors and windows are closed and lights are off. I just had no other explanation for all these strange goings on with lights left on. My husband said last night "Out of all the years we have been together, we have never left any lights on." He was right. So I believe in my heart of hearts that this is my late Granny and she is telling me she is alright and that she is making her presence known. My late Granny was a little bit of a wind up merchant too. It's reassuring to know that she is still with me.
