Morning Donut Fans,
This is another donut I had on National Donut Day. The Strawberry Sprinkles. I have had this one in mini donut form, so it was only right that I have the regular sized one too.

I really like the look of this donut. It’s the classic clip art picture of a donut. That pink ring with multicoloured sprinkles on top. Looks so good. I was pleased the icing had strawberry flavour in it. The taste reminded me of a strawberry milkshake. I would have preferred a more strawberry fruit flavour and if that wasn’t possible, just to leave it without any flavouring as a just a beautiful, pink, sprinkled ring, Loved the little sprinkled on top. They gave the donut that bit of crunch. Love the signature ring base too. Just a really nice flavoured pink donut.
I did like this donut, but I really do prefer the more fruity flavoured ones or just a plain flavoured one, This one did look the part of a donut. It did look really pretty in the box too next to my other ones. Would I have this again? I’m not sure. I would have it again if it was maybe filled with strawberry jam or just a plain flavoured icing with no filling. It was a nice donut but not one to sing and dance about..
