Morning Steemers!

I’m feeling a tiny bit worse for wear this morning after drinking too much Prosecco and Champagne yesterday. Yet again, I thought I didn’t have any dreams last night. My husband woke me up about 6:30am!!! 6:30am!!! What time do you call that on a Sunday morning?? Non-Existent in my eyes! Anyway, after I came round and got over the ’grumpy state’ I did remember my dreams. They all came back to me. Hope you enjoy them.

Saturday 4th November 2017

I dreamed my husband called me to say he couldn’t get through to the cattery. He said he had been ringing them all day but had been unsuccessful in getting through. I said I would call them. I dialled the number from my phone and sure enough in two rings they picked up. ”Hello cattery, can I help you?” ”Yes”, I replied. I asked them to make sure they had our booking ready for my cat to go into the cattery the next day. I spoke to a familiar sounding voice. She said she was looking at the paperwork but couldn’t see any of his details. She said she will take them down again. I started to give them all my cat’s credentials. Then she said when we arrive she will go through details about the cattery and do a walk around. I said to her ”You do know he is a regular and you have had him many times before?” This was quite a strange dream to have, as my cat is booked in to go to the cattery Friday and to be picked up Sunday.

I dreamt I was talking to my neighbour opposite me. He has a black BMW 3 series. Nice car I have to say! We were talking about different types of BMW and I couldn’t decide which model I wanted to purchase as my next ride. Then we were at a row of garages. The garages were very old and looked like they hadn’t been used for 50 years! None of them had any garage doors. They were numbered ‘5’ and ‘6’, but there were 4 garages in total. All the garages had cars in apart from one. The last one was empty. There were two nice looking cars in the first two spaces, in the third space was a clapped out, old red Ford Escort. It was covered in dust and rust. The red paint was very faded. Like it had been sun bleached. Then I said to my neighbour ”Have you met Brydon yet?” Brydon is my next door neighbour on my right. He said he hasn’t met him. I replied ”Just as well, he’s a right pain in the ass!” Brydon wasn’t that bad really as a neighbour. He just has a tendency to do things on my boundary without thinking or asking first… maybe I am right, maybe he is a pain in the ass after all!

Then I had another dream about my other neighbour Malcolm. I dreamt we were eating donuts together. Then we were playing a 'game' and I 'hoopla'd' a donut on him and proceeded to eat it off! Not how I like my donuts I have to say... but it was pretty amusing at the time!

Finally I dreamed I was looking for car insurance. I was previously with this company that I had been with for the past 10 years or so. I went online to their website to get a quote for a new car I was interested in. Then it came up asking for my No Claims Discount. It said online they would only accept NCD that had expired in the last 12 months. I knew this wasn’t right as I worked in the industry for over 10 years! So I decided to call them to see if they would accept my NCD as they were the last company to insure me. A lady picked up the phone and called me Hayley! I said to her my name wasn’t Hayley, it was Platinum-blue. She asked me to repeat my personal details and my address. She asked me if I knew a Hayley. (We both had the same surname, you see.) I said I did but that was years ago. The lady at the end of the phone did say she would accept my NCD as she was the manager there who goes to the warehouse to update policies with required information. She gave me her name and direct telephone number should I have any issues. The strange thing about this dream was that this Hayley was friends of mine and my ex’s before we split. She does have the same surname that I married into.

What do we make about this dream?? Strange that the majority of it is about cars! I am looking to get a new car but not until this time next year.
