Hello music lovers! 🎵🎧🎤🎵

A fresh portion of #newtunes is here! Time passes very quickly, there's so much music around and it's really hard to choose something from the multitude of sounds and melodies.

Anyone who doesn't have time to choose music can check out what's been playing in my ears this week, maybe there'll be something to listen to over the weekend.
As always, nothing is mandatory, everyone has their own taste and if you don't like something, just skip it. 😁

GAYLE - Ur Just Horny

Gayle is a 17-year-old American singer-songwriter with only a few singles that have gone viral on Tik-Tok and Spotify. This is a clip from this year's single 'Ur Just Horny' on The Late Late Show With James Corden.
Her pop-punk style of music is popular with teenagers and her songs are climbing the charts in European countries. We'll see where she goes from here.

Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul - Blenda (Official Video)

The Belgian duo, new to me, with a minimalist electro-pop sound, have just released their debut album 'Topical dancer'. The song 'Blenda' is the single from this album. In seemingly simple and straightforward pop music, you have to listen to the vocals and the lyrics describing the racism, misogyny and xenophobia of the society around us.

Imagine Dragons - Bones

This, no doubt, very popular band (why?) presents their new album 'Mercury - Act 2', and the song 'Bones' is the first single from the album.

A song analyzing life and death in a witty way and is a reflection of constant obsession with the finality and fragility of life, says the frontman.

Michael Bublé - Higher

Michael is said to be the greatest charmer of the romantics because he is very good, some say the best, at putting emotions into verses and notes. This is the introduction to his new album "Higher". Modern Tom Jones and the like, if you ask me.

Killing Joke - Lord Of Chaos

I listened to this band a lot in the 80s, and I saw them live a couple of times, but a bit less after that. But I've been following them all the time. They still insist on a melodic dark rock sound that is still relevant now.
Amplified by a meaningful video of the current times, of course, I recommend it.

Skunk Anansie - Can't Take You Anywhere

Rock icons Skunk Anansie have a new single, very listenable (hit maybe?). The song features dramatic and powerful vocals, and, channeling dark energy through clear guitars and strong rhythm, Skin sings about a friendly or loving relationship that causes chaos wherever you go. Fans won't be disappointed, that's for sure.

Moraines - The Brute

Instrumental progressive rock quartet Moraines from Zagreb, Croatia, presents a new album 'Future Histories'. The group is often praised as one of the most eclectic and diverse bands from the Zagreb underground scene.
The musical approach here avoids simple genre definitions and has something for fans of math, progressive, and post-rock as well as heavy metal and post-hardcore in all their variants.

Ilhan Ersahin, Dave Harrington, Kenny Wollesen - Invite Your Eye

The first album by a trio of experienced American musicians with a background in jazz featured on the track of the same name. They create a rich sonic atmosphere with a mix of funk, krautrock, and electronica.
Perhaps the most notable is drummer Wollesen who played alongside John Zorn and Bill Frisell, which can also be heard in this music.
