Hello friends. I just joined this group. I was following the posts before, but I was not a member. I signed up today because I will share my first post. I am about art; I'm not in the part that performs art, I'm in the part of the art lover. I tried playing the guitar and ukulele before, but failed. I tried to write poems and stories a few times, but I couldn't be successful at that either. In fact, I once burned what I had written because I was convinced that I had not been successful when I wrote a novel and read it. In short, I enjoy following this group as well.

There is heavy darkness all around. The hand is not visible to the hand. There are 3 passengers on the bullock cart beside the bullock cart driver, who are moving at a slow speed towards the north. An old man, an old woman, and a very beautiful young woman are on their way to their uncertain destination in a bullock cart. The young lady is eight months pregnant.

This past year living in my present somewhat sub-urban Ungwa Mai-gero neighbourhood has made me take stock of my life and realize that I've lived some sort of city boy life with mostly urban experiences. This is even funny to me as I've lived in not-so-large cities like Lagos or Abuja but smaller cities like Port-Harcourt, Warri and Yenagoa.

The social media was initially a platform for a diverse evolution of informations via publications and interactions, legit and false informations could be broadcasted across the globe right from the comfort of ones bed but now, there have been an evolution on social media from sharing of mere informations to sharing conversations and felling attracted to an informer that is regarded distant or virtual because we barely see them in person.

Vancouver has many attractions worth a visit. The beauty of this city and all that comes with its popularity is no secret. Having spent most of my adult life here, there are not many main attraction-related items that I have not tried.

Sometime I miss checking a plant and then I am in shock how big it has grown – like the zucchini! Haha Oeps, They are not tasty to eat in this way, but I can make other lovely foods of them. This time I made zucchini ketchup!

Migrating has been the greatest experience for me. Leaving your comfort zone, your home, your country, getting to know and adapting to other cultures, it is really a challenge. In the same way, it is something that makes us stronger, it is countless the amount of lessons that this brings to each and every one of us. Even for those who stay and have not yet migrated, even for them, it is difficult. As a song by Shakira says: "When someone leaves, the one who stays suffers more...".

Throughout life we go through situations where we create certain expectations about what it will mean to obtain an achievement or simply the personal reward, the simple fact of feeling good about your positive actions, and many times it is not what we think.
