Dream Diary - 14/11/17

Morning Steemers!

You may have seen I just posted about my dream from Monday Night, now I have last nights dream for you! So many dreams to write about, I can barely keep up! Hope you like this one.

Tuesday 14th November 2017

I dreamed I was with a friend that I haven’t seen for over 10 years! We were in a coffee shop. I had a latte and he had a cappuccino. We were sat at a table by the window catching up on old times. He was telling me about about a new music adventure and that he recently got married. I tried to engage in his conversation but I just stared at him blankly as I slowly stirred the spoon in my latte. Then a woman burst into the coffee shop. She had long, blonde curly hair and her skin was so over tanned, it looked old and ’leathery’. She stomped her way up to where I was sat with my friend and started to shout obscenities at him. I stood up and told her to calm down. She wasn’t having any of it. So I picked up my friends cappuccino and poured it over her. The frothy milk was all over her hair. It made her look like a poodle! She did shut up after that. She turned and walked out of the door like a 'dog with its tail between its legs’. Everyone stood up and gave me a round of applause after she left. I took a bow and thanked everyone.

I dreamed I was on the road going slowly on the motorway. The radio was playing and I was singing along. 'Thank God no one could hear me because I can’t sing to save my life!’ The traffic started to pick up speed and I couldn’t wait to get to my destination. I felt like I had already been sat in the car for hours. Out of no where, I found myself having to swerve out of the way of oncoming traffic. I couldn’t make out if I was driving on the wrong side of the road or if everyone else was. I was driving so fast, it was like that for a good minute or so. Then I was back to driving normal going with the flow of the traffic. Suddenly I saw a big truck come towards me. It was driving at such a speed, I knew there was no way I was going to get out of the way. It was game over for sure. As the truck got closer and closer, I saw the rear end jack knife and all these barrels of gas fell off. I closed my eyes as the front of the truck hit me! I didn’t feel a thing. I woke up having to pull my eyelids apart. I did have a really sick feeling in my stomach though. I had to make myself get up and make a coffee because I was afraid of falling back to sleep.

My last dream reminded me of a dream I had when I was about 13 years old: Here it is

I was at my swimming pool and I was swimming in a Gala with my team. My mum and dad were in the stands watching down on all of us. My team and I had done our rounds in the competition, now it was time for the diving. I climbed my way to the high board and dived off head first. As I got closer to the water, I realised I wasn’t going to make the swimming pool. I was a foot away from it. I crashed head first onto the side of the swimming pool. I remember looking down at myself. My body looked like a spider that had been trampled on. There was a big splat of blood too!

Can anyone answer me this? I thought we were supposed to wake up before we hit the ground in dreams. Isn’t that supposed to stop us from dying? So, why do I end up being hit and not waking up beforehand? The mind is a wonderful thing but also I feel like it’s on drugs at the same time. Maybe some things are not meant to be understood.

If you enjoyed this, why not read my diary.
