Yesterday I told you about the Original Filled Raspberry Lemonade. Today I bring to you the Original Filled Passionfruit. This donut was the same flavour that was released in the summertime of this year and it was known as the Passionfruit Party. Let’s see how this one compares.

This donut like the Passionfruit Party was filled with the most fruity passionfruit filling. It was bright in colour and big in taste. It wasn’t too sweet either what with the donut being an Original Glazed ring. The donut was light, fluffy, sweet and tart. Just delicious. The difference between this one and the Passionfruit Party is that the Passionfruit Party was dipped in a white icing and it was decorated with green and yellow icing with sugar crunch pieces. That donut was definitely summery and it was a party in your mouth. This one was just as much fun!
A very nice fruity donut. I just wish Krispy Kreme would bring out more fruit flavoured ones. Currently there are the flavours of strawberry and raspberry. This donut is limited edition. I hope they keep it round for another month. If not, I hope Krispy Kreme replace it with a different fruit like apple, lemon, mango or anything else. I’m a bit bored of strawberry and raspberry.
